Dr. Rachel Naylor and her entire orthodontic team welcome you to our practice. Here you will be treated with respect and encouraged to be an active participant in all aspects of your care while becoming a part of our orthodontic family.
We personally know our patients and their families: We live here and are active in the community. Dr. Naylor is accessible and friendly; she’s always available to talk with you about the progress with your treatment. In fact, parents are welcome to come into our treatment area with their child, so they can see firsthand what is happening.
Ours is a positive, happy practice. You’ll see lots of smiles and hear a lot of laughter when you visit us. Our team loves what we do and enjoys forming relationships with our patients. We’re enthusiastic about orthodontics and helping our patients by creating beautiful, individual smiles for them. Orthodontic care happens over an extended period of time, with regular visits and adjustments, which means we really get to know each patient and develop relationships with them.
Since we’re a small office with a patient-centered philosophy, your needs are always our highest priority. That means we will educate you about orthodontics and encourage you to be an active participant in determining your treatment path. We will work with you to find the treatment options that are right for your unique needs. And we will always be available to answer your questions, address your concerns, and provide you with professional, compassionate care.
We respect your time and don’t overbook patients. We make every effort to run on time and we are well-known as an efficient practice. In fact, we allow a minimum of 30 minutes for each adjustment appointment, to ensure that we — and you — have all the time we need. We promise you will never feel rushed while in our care.
We also have practice hours that work for you, including early morning appointments. Should an orthodontic emergency happen outside of normal office hours, you can always reach Dr. Naylor through her cell phone and she’ll see you at the office.
Some people are under the impression that orthodontics is only right for young people. Nothing could be further from the truth. No matter what your age, if you want a beautiful, healthy, new smile, then we can create that for you, and you’ll reap the benefits.
If you’d like more information about the transformative role that orthodontics can play in your life, we invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation at one of our two convenient office locations: in Maysville, KY or West Union, OH. Come in, meet our team, and talk with Dr. Naylor about your smile dreams.
